What's not included?
The itinerary does not include bookings for activities, hotels, transportation, or restaurants. We provide recommendations for these, but it’s the customer’s responsibility to make all reservations, subject to availability. We are not involved in the booking process or any related issues.
How long does it take to receive my itinerary?
Typically, you'll receive your itinerary within 3 business days after I receive all the necessary trip details.
I already have a plan. Can I request just a review?
Absolutely! With the Plan Trip Check-Up service, I’ll review your existing itinerary, checking for practicality and making suggestions to improve the flow of your trip. You’ll also receive local insights and tips to help you avoid common pitfalls and ensure your experience is as enjoyable as possible.
What if something goes wrong during the trip?
No worries! My plans are flexible and come with alternative options in case of unforeseen changes. You'll always have backup suggestions to ensure you make the most of your time, even if things don’t go exactly as planned.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel the service at any time before receiving your detailed plan. Once the plan has been delivered, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible. If you're not fully satisfied with the first version of the plan, just let me know, and you can request up to two additional reviews to make sure the itinerary aligns with your expectations. But I’m confident that won’t be necessary—I’m sure you’ll love the final result! 😉
